Company Background

Men Sarun Company was established by H.E Neak Oknha MEN SARUN and Lok Chomteav HENG HEAP in 1994, located in Phnom Penh Capital, No.12, Mao Tse Toung Blvd, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia and the location of Men Sarun’s factories is along the Nation Road No. 05, Km. 17, Duong Village, Sangkat Prek Pnov, Khan Sen Sok.

Under the effort of H.E Neak Oknha and Lok Chom Teav as well as all of the employees, many achievements has gradually appeared as the following:

1- Rice-Processing Factory: Established in 1994 to supply the Royal Government of Cambodia (the ministry of national defense and the ministry of interior) and also domestic market by installing modern production chain with the production capacity of 25 tons per hour and compliance with international standard such as drying machine, rice miller, rice polisher, color sorter, automatic scale etc.

2- Flour Factory: In 2000 our firm put the plant in process with the flour production capacity of 30,000 to 50,000 tons per year for supplying the demand of local market and nowadays its production capacity has been increased from 50,000 up to 100,000 tons per year in order to complete the requirement of domestic market and export to international market, installed by the most modern machine which is the latest technology of European countries.

3- Instant Noodle Factory: To contribute to product increase following the principle of the Royal Government of Cambodia with the intelligent head of the government, Samdech Akeak Moha Sena Thapdey Hun Sen, our Men Sarun also created instant noodle factory named Mee Yeung, Mee Khmer Yeung and Mee Branha with the technology of USA and Japan; whereas, raw material is produced from nature with delicious flavor.

Beside this our firm used to construct rubber wood processing plant (from 1996 to 2003) and possesses two economic concession lands: one with the area of 4,400 Hectars in Memut district, Kampong Cham province and another with the area of 6,324 Hectars in Oyadav district, Ratanakiri province suitable for investing in agricultural crops including rubber tree, coffee and other agri-industrial crops.
